Fall Colors

On Saturday we went up to Brian Head because Tyler 's company is supplying to a new hotel up there so he needed to drop off some doors. We decided to all go and see all the fall colors. But only after (of course) Dylans soccer game! Dylan is in a competitive soccer league that travels. His team is named Juventus and they won their first game on Saturday, he was really excited. Go Juve #11!

the boys @ The Cedar Breaks look out

The colors are amazing out in the trees but my camera didn't pick them up very well

Jaxon refused to be in this picture, so he is off to the side throwing a fit...don't you just love 3 year olds.

Jaxons First Day of Preschool

Jaxon started preschool today, and it just confirms to me that he is growing up and I don't want him too. He was really excited to go, he even woke up early and started packing his backpack with books to take. He got a little nervous as we were getting out of the car but got over it once he got inside and started to play with the toys. I asked him last night what I was going to do all morning without him, he said I don't know I'll be at school. Granted that its only two hours a day it feels really lonely and quite here being all alone. I thought I would be way excited for this day, to have free time but I miss my little helper

A Frog??

Last night after we got home from our softball game we went to walk inside and all of a sudden I heard Tyler say "WOW" from the other side of the car. It turns out we had a frog inside our garage by the back door. So being the chicken that I am I ran out on the driveway and stayed there. Karsten and Dylan were so excited they both wanted to take it to school. Karsten wanted it for show and tell and Dylan wanted to feed it to some pet they have in class. Tyler told them no & that it would probably die in a jar all night, so they decided to take it out to my garden to eat bugs. So all the while they are trying to catch this frog I am sitting in my driveway not going anywhere near the thing ( my neighbors all probably think I'm crazy) Now the frog is in my garden and I told Tyler I'm not going anywhere near there, so from now on he's on garden duty. Trying to relieve my fears and get out of garden duty he says to me "oh it probably has already gone into someone else's yard" Uh Yeah Right. I know I'm the biggest chicken ever and all of you reading this are probably laughing at me but I really hate things like that. I should have gotten a picture of it but then I would have had to walk past it to get into my house & we all know that wasn't going to happen!!
