My Birthday?

The kids playing in the dark

The ultimate Yankees Fan in a Red Sox Jersey

Dylans Cute Friends

Some of the boys

Logan & Dylan

This has nothing to do with the party but I thought it was too funny to leave out. This is Jaxon asleep on the computer desk. He fell asleep while Karsten played games on it.

For my 28th birthday I got to spend the night with 17 of my closest 12 year olds friends haha...We finally had Dylans birthday party, only a month and a half late. We were waiting for the weather to get good, because I'm mean and made him do it outside. The kids had a good time and even stayed out of trouble. I wish I would've taken more pics, but I didn't.

Whit, Jack Sparrow, & Me on the strip

Last weekend we went to Vegas in honor of my Grandma Sade. She was supposed to take the trip with us, but she didn't live long enough. She threatened to haunt us if we still didn't go
so what could we do but go vacation for her ya know, it was a really hard choice:) In all there were 19 of us, her entire family. We had a great time and are thinking about making it an annual event to remember her. We stayed at the Tahiti Village on the Strip, they had the coolest pool and beach, and even had a lazy river. When we got home on Sunday I needed a nap, all we did was run and play. On Friday we went to dinner with my good friend Tasha at a place called the Yardhouse it was fabulous (I wish I would've had my camera Tash) after that we headed over to Freemont Street and saw Sara Evans in a free concert. It was so cool, besides all the crazy drunk people there. She sang for over an hour, so fun. On Saturday we hung out by the pool, went shopping, and relaxed. That night we went to the Mirage and saw the Beatles Love by Cirque Du Soleil. Two words SO GOOD! I loved every second of it, if you ever get the chance go its kinda pricey but well worth the $. We even sat on the back row and could still see everything. Those performers are absolutely amazing. On Sunday we once again layed by the pool, then went on the roller coaster at New York New York I forgot how fun that was. After that we headed down the strip to the M &M and Coke Factories and bought my boys gifts. Then went and ate at the Hard Rock Cafe, and I got the cutest jacket there! We had a great time and a great weekend. I love my Family all 19 of them:)

Hut Building Time

Everyday after I get off work this is what I come home to. Karsten and his friend Mason walk in the door after school grab some snacks, strip the couches and beds and make a fort. Every time it has a different design and layout to it. It serves a different purpose. Sometimes it is their army base and they re getting shot at, other times its a diner they work at. They even make menus and post them on my walls. Occasionally its a school, maybe because they just can't get enough of the place and they miss it. Sometimes they play house inside it. Even though its a huge mess I gotta hand it to them they are pretty creative, and hey it beats playing the Wii or being glued to the TV.
