Tyler had a three day weekend because of Pioneer Day, so we took advantage of it and went Salk Lake for a mini vacation. We started off by being in the parade on the fire truck, it's actually the airport truck, I personally think it's ugly but my husband is obsessed with it and thinks it's the coolest thing ever, so we just had to be in that one! After the parade we headed to Salt Lake to go school shopping, which is not fun with 4 boys. They all really don't care, they sit and complain about how long it's taking including my husband. I should have just went by myself and maybe spent the money on me :) They don't care if they get new clothes anyways, but I sure do I guess that's the difference between boys & girls! That night we went to the Real soccer game, it was so fun, they ended up winning after being down by 2 after the first half. After the game they had fireworks set to music, it was really cool. On Saturday we went to Lagoon with my sisters family and my cousin Alisca, it was sooo HOT! We saved the water rides until the end of the day because we didn't want to walk around wet all day long, but it didn't matter because we were sweating so bad anyways YUCK. The next day we went to a Bees Baseball game with Alisca and I think it was hotter than the day before. We had seats right behind home plate, but ended up moving to the upper bowl about half way through so we could be in the shade. It was a fun game they ended up winning by 10. It was a double header but we left halfway through the 2nd game so we could get home before midnight! The weekend went way too fast but we had fun and did lots of fun things! I hope you all had a fun 24th too!

We are going to Lagoon on Thurs and Fri. It's only supposed to be 90 those two days. It looks like you had fun. I'm prepared to sweat.
Did Tyler keep the Costco receipt?
I just wanted to make sure he had the receipt. I'm in no hurry. We won't be there Sunday so I'll catch him the next Sunday or whenever.
What a fun vacation. I bet your boys had a BLAST at Lagoon. How fun. I had to laugh thinking of you school shopping with all those boys....what fun! ha ha!
Wow, looks like fun! We are going up to Lagoon in a couple weeks. That's awesome you got to go to a ReAL soccer game and a Bees game. Glad you had fun!
I can't believe how big your boys are getting and summers almost over and we haven't even gotten together.
